Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in secure, and use the service only for lawful coaching, educational, and organizational purposes. You may not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, misuse another user’s information, or publish illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, infringing, deceptive, harassing, bullying, or malicious community content.
Organization owners and administrators are responsible for the people they invite and for promptly removing access that is no longer appropriate. Community uploads may be automatically screened, held for human review, reported, blocked by other users, removed, or preserved as evidence when safety or legal action is required. Repeated or severe violations may result in content removal, publishing restrictions, or account suspension.
Trials, subscriptions, and access
Every new account receives a seven-day free access trial from its original start time. When it ends without a paid subscription, the workspace becomes view-only: saved material remains visible, but editing, saving, loading into the editor, organization changes, and printing are locked.
On the website, connecting a Team or Organization subscription through Stripe starts a separate 30-day subscription trial before the first charge. Paid subscriptions then renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Team plans include up to five users; Organization plans include unlimited users, subject to fair and lawful use.
The current Google Play release does not sell digital subscriptions or direct users to an alternate checkout. Coaches may sign in to use an existing entitlement. Any future in-app Android purchase offering will use Google Play Billing or another Google-approved program before it is enabled.
Coaching judgment and availability
Play diagrams, examples, scouting suggestions, and AI-assisted output are educational tools. Coaches remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, safety, athlete suitability, league rules, and real-world use.
We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Termination and disputes
You may stop using the service at any time. Administrators may block or remove accounts for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violations of these terms. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, licenses, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact us through the site’s abuse/support reporting form so the issue can be reviewed and documented.
