Your ownership
You retain ownership of original plays, notes, labels, formations, scouting observations, and other content you create. You grant Playbook by AYCD a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, copy, process, display, transmit, back up, moderate, and format that content to operate, secure, and improve the service. When you publish to Community, that license also permits public display and coach access until you remove the submission or your account is deleted.
Your responsibilities
Only upload or recreate material you own or have permission to use. Do not copy confidential opponent materials, copyrighted diagrams, trademarks, logos, video, or personal athlete information unless you have the necessary rights and lawful basis.
AYCD examples and AI output
Playbook by AYCD examples, interface artwork, branding, and original templates remain licensed for use within the service and may not be resold or redistributed as a competing library. AI-generated suggestions may resemble common sports concepts; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating them before use.
Reports and removal
Rights holders and users can report suspected infringement or misuse through the site’s abuse-reporting form. We may restrict, remove, or preserve reported content while investigating and responding to valid requests.
